An Attack..

As if a pool of water wasn’t enough, down by the M10; and fighting to find a new by-road; and a struggling football team; and sewage filling up showers all over town. It had to come to this: The defilement of municipal property. Two tags. Two vile tags on a temporary board, just outside the post-office.

Inspector Prips stated last night that no clues were found, and that the perpetrators surely headed from out of town. “Late night drifters, most likely, passing by, maybe painters, handy-men, with a little too much colour to spare… we don’t know yet, and probably never will.”
